Axya is now on the Infor Marketplace
PARTNERSHIP ANNOUNCEMENT
For manufacturers on Infor LN and CloudSuite Industrial, sourcing through delivery now runs in one place, wired to the ERP they already trust. No supplier portal. Nothing to tear out.
Manufacturing modernized. It’s procurement’s turn.
Manufacturing has modernized almost everything it runs on. Production, quality, planning, finance: each got real-time tools years ago. Procurement is the holdout. The people accountable for landing the right parts, at the right cost, on time still work out of inboxes, spreadsheets, and phone calls.
That is not on the team, and it is not on the ERP. The ERP records the purchase order and keeps the numbers straight; what it was never built to run is the sourcing and supplier back-and-forth around that order. So the work leaks out: quotes arrive by email, sourcing lives in spreadsheets, status hides in PDFs and portals. Visibility drops, decisions slow, data drifts. By the time a buyer learns a part is late, it is already a problem on the floor.
Axya closes that gap. It runs sourcing, supplier coordination, and purchasing as one workflow on top of Infor, giving buyers a live view of what each supplier has committed to, where the risk sits, and what to do next.
“Every other function on the plant floor got its software a decade ago. Procurement got email,” said Félix Bélisle, CEO of Axya. “We are not asking manufacturers to replace their ERP to fix that. We run the execution on top of it and hand the results back. We’re helping teams gain better visibility, streamline sourcing and purchasing, and keep production on schedule.”
It picks the supplier, then lands the part
A requisition lands in Infor. Instead of a round of emails and a shared spreadsheet, Axya opens a sourcing event automatically. Suppliers get the request, send their quotes back, and the buyer compares them side by side in one view.
Here’s the part that surprises people: suppliers never log in or learn anything new. They email their quotes as PDFs the way they always have. The hard part happens on Axya’s side, handled by AI built for manufacturing procurement: it reads every quote, however each supplier formats it, into structured, comparable data, and follows up automatically with anyone who goes quiet. Nothing changes on the supplier’s end, which is how adoption reaches 100%.
Pick a supplier, and the award writes itself back to Infor. No re-keying, no lag. The ERP stays current while procurement keeps moving.
Most procurement tools start after the PO is placed; they track an order once the decision is already made. Axya runs the decision itself. One RFQ goes to several suppliers at once, the best-value option surfaces before anyone commits, and the same platform then follows the order through to delivery.
Built for Infor, no rip-and-replace
Axya connects to Infor without a rip-and-replace. Your ERP stays the system of record; Axya runs the execution and syncs the results back.
It supports Infor LN and Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) through the integration paths Infor teams already use: ION, BODs, IDO, and Mongoose. Cloud, on-premise, or hybrid, the ERP investment stays intact and the procurement layer executes on top.
“Manufacturers are looking for ways to improve visibility, reduce manual work, and make faster decisions across their supply chains,” said [Infor spokesperson name and title]. “Infor Marketplace helps customers discover and deploy solutions that address these challenges while complementing their existing ERP investments. Axya brings valuable procurement and supplier collaboration capabilities to that ecosystem.”
Already running on the floor
J.A. Larue, a maker of industrial snow-removal equipment, runs Axya alongside Infor CloudSuite Industrial. More than 1,000 purchase orders move through the platform each month, roughly 3,000 ERP updates post automatically, and over 1,700 supplier messages are tracked in one place.
Since going live, the team has cut purchase-order management time by 60%, reduced late deliveries by 25%, and, by automating updates that used to be keyed in by hand, lifted order-data reliability in Infor by 90%.
“Before Axya, we relied on emails. We had to reply to emails and manage a shared inbox across the entire team. With Axya, you can immediately see what’s at risk and which orders are running late. Everything is visible. Anyone on the team can step in and do the job more easily,” said William Larue, Procurement Supervisor at J.A. Larue. “I worked with Nathaniel at Axya, and the experience went really well. If there was ever a small technical issue, they would get back to us in less than 24 hours and resolve it quickly.”
Today it chases and evaluates. Tomorrow it decides.
Every RFQ, every reply, every PO runs through Axya, so the work becomes structured data instead of buried email. Today that data drives the automatic follow-ups and quote parsing buyers already lean on: Axya chases the suppliers who have not replied and lays out every quote side by side. Next come agents that take on the chasing and the comparison outright, so buyers spend their time deciding, not coordinating.
