ERP INTEGRATION
Axya’s Epicor Integration
How does Axya integrate with Epicor?
Through Epicor Kinetic's REST API. A middleware service checks for updates on both sides every five minutes. On the Epicor side, buyers trigger sync events (Send to Axya, Send as Draft, Send New Revision) from a custom Axya Status field added to the PO Entry and Tracker screens.
Can Axya update purchase-order dates in Epicor?
Yes. When a supplier confirms an order or proposes a new delivery date, Axya captures it, and the PO status in Epicor updates to "PO Confirmed," with the confirmed date synced down to the release level for each PO line.
How are supplier updates approved before synchronization?
Supplier-proposed changes to price, quantity, or dates land in Axya for buyer review before anything syncs to Epicor.
What does implementation involve?
Roughly 3 to 4 weeks. Axya's team configures the integration and BAQs; Epicor admins set up the security scope, API key, and custom fields on their side. No changes to core Epicor workflows or logic.
