ERP Integration
Axya’s Infor Integration
Axya integrates with Infor ERP systems, including CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) via ION APIs and IDO Services and Infor LN via ION APIs and BODs, and works with Infor system integrators (SIs). Purchase orders approved and released in your ERP are synchronized to Axya, and supplier acknowledgments and confirmed delivery dates flow back to Infor.
Most integrations poll for changes every five minutes, with a configurable interval. Failed sync attempts are retried over a configurable window, and pending orders are processed when connectivity is restored. Administrators receive notifications about sync issues. Axya also supports multiple ERP configurations per organization, including different ERP types across divisions.
