Supplier Management
Built for manufacturers, Axya connects supplier collaboration to your ERP across RFQs and purchase orders, bringing procurement communication and execution into one workflow.
Empower suppliers with an easy quoting process and automated updates, ensuring they stay informed and avoid being left hanging after providing quotes.

Quoting via Email
We simplify your suppliers’ quoting process to ensure our tool fits into your current supplier communication process. Your suppliers will receive RFQs and POs by email notification, and easily access all data via our online supplier portal.
Your suppliers will save time reviewing quotes
Our Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology extracts key data from files and images so your suppliers can assess the business opportunities at a glance by email, or in-depth by accessing the Axya supplier portal.
Up-to-date info at your fingertips
Axya acts as a single source of truth for buyers and suppliers. With one platform, your supplier can compare and access details on all current quoting projects -- deadlines, project statuses, questions and more.
Automatically update your suppliers
Notify all participating suppliers on the status of their quote (e.g. win or loss) at the click of a button. Suppliers can also easily share status updates on ongoing projects using Axya’s built-in communication tools.

Joining Axya is free for suppliers! They use our platform to get a comprehensive view of the status of all their quotes, and get tailored notifications alerting them on new sourcing opportunities.
Supplier can learn about their quote’s competitiveness and where they stand amongst all bidding suppliers when enabled by the buyers. Whether the supplier win or lose an RFQ, Axya will provide them with valuable insights into their strengths and highlight areas of improvement to help drive future success.
Do suppliers need an Axya account?
No. Suppliers respond directly from the PO or RFQ email, no login or account required. A no-login portal link is also available in every notification if they'd rather use it.
Can suppliers continue responding by email?
Yes, and it's the most common path. Email-led engagement drives the highest adoption because suppliers just reply from their existing inbox.
What about suppliers using EDI?
Supported. Axya works with EDI file formats, such as XML, alongside email, PDF, and portal responses.
How are suppliers onboarded?
In waves, typically 40 to 120 suppliers per wave, with joint communication before go-live, short how-to guides and 1-2 minute videos, and a dedicated supplier support mailbox that monitors early responses and steps in if a supplier needs help.
What happens when suppliers resist another portal?
They don't have to use one. The portal is optional; suppliers can do everything by email. For suppliers who are hesitant, Axya's onboarding team provides one-on-one support to build trust in the new process.
Can different suppliers use different response methods?
Yes. Email, portal, and EDI are all supported natively and unified into a single buyer view, so each supplier can use whichever method suits them.
