Welcome back to another edition of the release notes!

This third release note of 2023 is filled with added-value functionality that helps procurement professionals get more work done faster while still keeping everything tidy and well-organized!

What's New 🚀

In this release, we have included new templates and features to help you manage multiple requests easily and we also improved the way you can collaborate with your suppliers!

Multiple templates

We know buyers often have to manage multiple requests from various suppliers when sourcing products or services. To allow you to effectively manage these requests, you can utilize our customizable templates to streamline your process with your suppliers!

Supplier portal

We know it can be challenging to centralize your communication and receive quotes in a standardized manner with your suppliers. We have solved this problem by allowing your suppliers to receive and drop quotations in our new login-less portal!


Auto-follow-up

No more forgetting who you must follow up with or when to do it. With our new automated follow-up feature, you can set it and forget it knowing that our system will remind the suitable suppliers at the right time!

Many buyers are constantly juggling multiple requests from various suppliers, and the new templates feature will definitely save a huge amount of time and effort. Being able to customize and send different templates to different suppliers with just a few clicks is incredibly convenient and will make work I believe much more efficient.
