    Although hard to measure, the proactive follow ups, the direct synchronization between their Genius ERP and Axya, and the increased visibility led to a reduction in late deliveries on orders. We estimated it to be between 20% to 30% reduction in the number of late deliveries that were caused by omissions or errors due to manual data manipulation.

  • Improved Collaboration with Suppliers and Internal Teams

    Thanks to improved internal collaboration, Laserax has also reduced the time needed for coordination with engineering and production teams. This improvement has contributed to a 50% to 75% reduction in the time needed to consolidate and transfer information, while optimizing overall order management.
