Tim is the CEO of Iter Consulting and a seasoned expert in supply chain transformation with over 25 years of experience. Having led more than 50 successful global supply chain projects across industries such as pharmaceuticals, advanced manufacturing, and medical devices, he specializes in building resilience, improving efficiency, and reducing costs.

At Iter Consulting, Tim and his team focus on Integrated Supply Chain Planning (ISCP), cost-to-serve modeling, and lean manufacturing, using an evidence-based approach to drive sustainable success. Passionate about helping businesses navigate disruptions, he brings strategic foresight and hands-on expertise to every challenge.

Ari Van Assche, co-founder of the International Institute of Economic Diplomacy

Ari is a Full Professor of International Business at HEC Montréal and co-founder of the International Institute of Economic Diplomacy.

Holding a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, Professor Van Assche specializes in the organization of global value chains and their implications for trade policy.

He currently serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of International Business Policy and has received multiple awards for his contributions to the field.

Nicolas Gauthier, Cofounder at Axya

With deep roots in manufacturing, Nicolas Gauthier combines hands-on industry experience with technical expertise.
