We turn parts up to 7-inch diameters with the average part being 1 in. OD x 1 in. long. We prototype parts for production runs with free pre-production samples and inspection reports. Materials most frequently machined include: TFE, Delrin, Kynar, PPS, Vespel, PFA, Kel-F, PVC, brass, aluminum and stainless steel.
