Ethylene Atlantic Corp. is a precision machine shop manufacturing parts to customer blueprint specifications. We are a complete machine shop with NC lathes, milling machines and machining centers. We have a complete quality control system to meet your exact requirements. We accept JIT delivery, blanket orders, and special packaging requirements. We turn parts up to 7-inch diameters with the average part being 1 in. OD x 1 in. long. We prototype parts for production runs with free pre-production samples and inspection reports. Materials most frequently machined include: TFE, Delrin, Kynar, PPS, Vespel, PFA, Kel-F, PVC, brass, aluminum and stainless steel. Other services provided include screw machining, tapping, drilling, special handling, deburring, custom testing, labeling and protective packaging. Since 1960 we have served original equipment manufacturers and supply parts to the automotive, medical, aerospace, military and instrument industries. Located 15 minutes from Philadelphia, More... PA, in South Jersey, we service the East Coast with overnight delivery and regionally pick up and deliver at no cost to our customers. Lead time varies with each order.
