Natech delivers can-do Americanism with a firm grounding in the German work ethic. Our founder, Gerd Nagler, immigrated to the US in 1962, after completing his training as a Master Toolmaker. In 1998, he founded Natech Plastics, the latest in a career of entrepreneurial successes. Natech is now in its second generation, led by Gerd_x0092_s eldest son, Thomas, who joined in 2000 after starting his career in technical sales at a Japanese steel keiretsu.


As a part of his forward-looking succession plan, Gerd sent Tom to earn his MBA from Columbia Business School where he met and later recruited David Kachoui as a member of the leadership team. Both leadership generations believe this is directly accomplished by talented engineers who have been developed into adept general managers who own the details.
