Established in 1946, NEP has maintained a steady growth momentum for over 50 years. Today the company is on the leading edge of thermoplastic technology, a position sustained by sophisticated techniques and equipment. NEP welcomes challenging assignments and meets them with excellence. Quality standards are stringent, and fulfilled by strict adherence to QA-QC procedures. 


While most thermoforming companies buy sheet outside, NEP maintains its own in-house extrusion operation to convert raw resins to sheet for thermoforming. This vertical integration achieves optimum raw material quality and cost control.


Thermoforming unusually large components is an NEP specialty. Late-model equipment forms units up to 6 feet x 10 feet with depths up to 4 feet, ideally suited for producing cabinets of modern sophisticated design.
