Pourquoi le jet d'eau?
Coupe à froid - Contrairement aux alternatives (laser, plasma, oxycoupage), le jet d'eau n'altère aucunement les propriétés du matériau coupé.
Coupes précises et complexes - La tête 5-axes permet de produire des pièces prêtes à utiliser (chanfreinage, countersink, etc..)
Coupe écologique - Le procédé émane peu de poussière, vapeur et contaminants. De plus, il permet une imbrication serrée qui limite la perte de matériaux.

Amino North America Corporation (ANAC) was established in September 2002 as the first North American operation of the Amino Corporation of Japan. ANAC is a full equipped manufacturing facility which specializes in the production of parts such as automotive body panels and other steel and aluminum components using Amino’s advanced sheet Hydroforming technology. The technology is also suitable for appliance, heavy-duty truck, agriculture and construction industries.
Using this fluid forming process, ANAC is able to push back the limits of conventional stamping, producing parts that would be difficult or impossible to make otherwise. AMINO NORTH AMERICA CORPORATION

In 2010 Automated Assembly Inc. was incorporated by Tiercel Technology Corp to manage the contract assembly and is vertically integrated to assist its customers who require machined metal, cut, and/or formed in repetitive equipment manufacturing, proof of concept, design for manufacturing assistance, bill of materials validation, complete work instructions, quality assurance test plans and competitive global sourcing. Lot traceability and serialization is also available through the enterprise resource planning system thus allowing Automated Assembly Inc to maximize quality control by tracking of raw materials through their receipt, manufacture, assembly, test/inspection, inventory stocking and final distribution while maintaining quality assurance certification and the ability to track expirations and warranties.
