Dépendamment de la complexité de la matrice, nous estimons toujours dans les temps les plus raisonnables possible pour le meilleur service aux clients.

Conception
La conception se fait généralement sur Autocad 2D ou sur Solidworks 3D, les dessins demeurent la propriété de Blem Précision selon l'entente avec le client.

Fabrication
La plupart des composantes internes des matrices sont produite dans l'entreprise, pour un service des plus rapide et pour avoir le meilleur contrôle de la qualité des pièces.

Réparation ou modification
La réparation ou la modification d'une matrice se font toujours le plus rapidement possible, pour éviter tout retard de production chez le client.

Remise à neuf
Que ce soit pour un aiguisage, un polissage ou changement de pièce, une estimation de la remise à neuf sera produite au client. Par la suite, selon la décision du client, nous remetterons la matrice dans sont état d'origine.
