Since starting CMF, Les has strived to maintain a company culture that emphasizes a high level of craftsmanship and enjoyment in work. His team consists of a tight-knit group of individuals who are meticulous and enthusiastic about doing great work.

 By design, all OMS plant locations are in, or near, major manufacturing hubs, such as Pittsburgh, Indianapolis, Monterrey, Houston, Indianapolis, Louisville, Greensboro, and Cedar Falls, allowing single day travel to coordinate project development and/or face-to-face meetings. Each location is ISO 9001: 2015 certified and contains a base package of equipment, with knowledgeable staff to support multi-step processing of steel plate fabrication and contract metal manufacturing. Some facilities have specialty equipment after years of supporting geographic concentrations of industry; others have become advanced by aligning with a single customer. Alabama Wire, LLC

Alabama Wire, Inc. is a leading independent source for cold-drawn wire. For more than 30 years, we have supplied wire and wire products to a variety of industries and customers. Located just south of Birmingham, Alabama, we operate from a modern 50,000 square foot facility. 


Straightened and cut wire is our specialty, and we offer the widest range of wire diameters and lengths available anywhere. Choice of materials is also extensive, covering the full range of low carbon bright basic, low carbon galvanized, high carbon spring wire, stainless steel, and aluminum. Many other ferrous and non-ferrous grades are available upon request. 


Coiled and re-coiled wire is available, as well. Many sizes and grades are inventoried on-site for immediate shipment. In addition, we have access to the inventories and production capabilities of most major wire drawers in the U.S. 


Our wireforming and fabricating department produces custom wireforms to your specifications. CNC wireformers allow rapid prototyping More... and provide for competitive pricing even for small and medium run quantities. A full complement of conventional machine tools is on hand to perfom a wide variety of wire forming and fabricating operations. This provides great flexibility to make your part in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner. 


 Our wireforming department also produces our Nursery Products line , which includes Container Stabilization Baskets, Container Hooks, and Metal Tree Stakes . Nurserymen throughout the country recognize the cost savings and improved plant quality which result from their use.
