Palpac Industries is a US-based manufacturer of foamed plastics (EPS, EPP, and ARCEL). With 50 years of foam molding and fabricating experience, Palpac works with some of the world's most recognized fortune 500 brands across a wide range of markets including appliances, automotive, construction, electronics, food, furniture, medical, military and packaging. Palpac's primary product categories include construction building materials, industrial packaging, thermal containers and OEM components.


Our unique range of manufacturing capabilities allow us to produce customized solutions and large volume production. With 70,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space, shape molding presses with strong cycle times and a variety of other fabricating equipment, we have capacity to fill low-to-high volume orders accurately and quickly. Plastic Molding Technology

PMT offers 250,000 square feet of molding, forming and tooling space across its three locations in Colorado and the US/Mexico border. Our Centers of Excellence offer a unique customer experience within each core capability. With in-house engineering expertise and automated technologies for superior quality, PMT is a flexible and accessible partner when you can't afford any errors.


The company specializes in plastic insert molding, overmolding and two-shot molding with engineering-grade materials, and is equipped with 100 horizontal and vertical molding machines ranging from 20 to 500 tons. PMT also provides heavy gauge thermoforming, pressure forming and vacuum forming, along with six lines for custom profile extrusion. The company leverages in-house tool building to cut lead times for customers, and provides turn-key secondary operations including painting, decorating and assembly.
