Founded in 1983, Barron Industries manufactures high-precision investment castings, rapid prototypes, machined components, and complete assemblies. An AS9100D certified company, Barron is also NADCAP certified for digital radiography, penetrant testing and welding; as well as GE yellow pages approved. With comprehensive single-source capability, Barron offers complete turnkey manufacturing of components for aerospace, defense, automotive, oil and gas, nuclear, medical, and other commercial industries. Barron provides concept-to-completion development and production of investment casting projects from a few ounces to 150 pounds. Precision cast parts are machined, assembled, plated, painted, tested, part-marked, barcode-labeled and securely packaged for shipping. All capabilities are located in-house. We offer a proven track record producing seamless rolled rings for aircraft and aerospace products; high-strength, nonmagnetic drill collar materials and other drive related components for oil and gas applications; conventional and nuclear power generation products; and the most advanced propulsion shafting and other types of marine hardware.


Jorgensen Forge produces open die forgings with hydraulic presses ranging from 660 to 5000 ton capacity. Rolled rings in a variety of metals are manufactured on one of two ring mills with sizes ranging from 12 inch O.D. to 180 inch O.D. In addition, our hydraulic expander allows sizing and expanding rings up to 225 inch O.D.


Heat-treating includes horizontal and vertical furnaces as well as a drop-bottom furnace More... to facilitate rapid quenching of aluminum. Machining equipment consists of engine lathes and boring mills with a 20-foot diameter capacity.


 Jorgensen Forge is capable of working with an array of alloys including low alloy steels, Austenitic Stainless, Martensitic, pH stainless grades, aluminum alloys, titanium alloys, and nickel base alloys.
