JBK Manufacturing was founded in 1981 as a supplier of precision CNC machined parts and fabrications. Early on, the JBK commitment to quality and delivery was noticed by customers, and in 1987, the company was awarded a contract to manufacture lubrication jets for the innovative V-22 aircraft transmission. A supplier relationship that began with just one oil jet for a single platform quickly expanded to include the development and manufacture of close-tolerance, CNC machined parts for multiple aerospace customers.


By 1995, JBK's customer base had expanded to include a host of commercial and industrial markets. Since the beginning, JBK has seen many changes -- new technology, expanded capabilities, and increased capacity. JBK is now a Tier I supplier to multiple aerospace customers and serves a host of customers in defense, energy, oil, and paper industries. The one thing that has not changed since the beginning is our unwavering commitment to quality and delivery.


Recently JBK transitioned More... into an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). An ESOP is an IRC section 401(a) qualified defined contribution plan that is a stock purchase plan. The introduction of the ESOP provides a continuation of JBK's growth and customer service. It rewards employees for continuous years of service and promotes ownership of responsibilities and results.

The founder of Joining Technologies, Michael Francoeur, began the business with three things:

Francoeur's entrepreneurial dream was to create a widely respected, well-organized and ultramodern workplace where individuals are motivated to learn and grow professionally. Joining Technologies began operating in 1992 as a provider of electron beam welding services under the name of Energy Beam Labs, Inc.


That vision became a reality and today...


The small business that began as our founder's dream has thrived. Today, Joining Technologies is the benchmark by which most other precision welding companies in North America are measured. Plastic Molding Technology

PMT offers 250,000 square feet of molding, forming and tooling space across its three locations in Colorado and the US/Mexico border. Our Centers of Excellence offer a unique customer experience within each core capability. With in-house engineering expertise and automated technologies for superior quality, PMT is a flexible and accessible partner when you can't afford any errors.


The company specializes in plastic insert molding, overmolding and two-shot molding with engineering-grade materials, and is equipped with 100 horizontal and vertical molding machines ranging from 20 to 500 tons. PMT also provides heavy gauge thermoforming, pressure forming and vacuum forming, along with six lines for custom profile extrusion. The company leverages in-house tool building to cut lead times for customers, and provides turn-key secondary operations including painting, decorating and assembly.
