Le traitement de vos pièces n’est pas entamé s’il y a ambigüité ou manque d’informations. Ainsi, nous nous assurons de bien comprendre vos demandes dans l’objectif de protéger vos pièces.

Lorsque nous avons toutes l‘information en main le traitement de surface débute. Chaque étape de nos différents services est répertoriée dans le système informatique. À la sortie de la ligne de production, le compte des pièces sur les supports ainsi que le séchage de celle-ci est fait. L’inspection de chacune des pièces est faite selon vos exigences et inscrit dans notre système. Vos pièces sont ensuite emballées et identifiées. En tout temps, nous savons ou se trouve vos pièces.

Nous avons développé une expertise dans l’usinage d’acier résistant à l’usure tel que HY-TUF, DILLIDUR, QT100, QT400, HARDOX 400. Ces aciers sont principalement utilisés pour la fabrication de couteaux ou de dents. Souvent ces pièces sont taillées dans des plaques et la coupe laser forme des surfaces très difficiles à usiner. Notre expérience dans ces conditions demeure un atout certain.

En voulant répondre à des besoins d’approvisionnement d’un de nos clients. Nous avons développé une nouvelle gamme de produit dans le domaine de l’hydraulique. Nous fabriquons des blocs hydrauliques contenant divers types de sièges pour des cartouches SAE, SUN et Vickers. Cette nouvelle gamme de produit est possible grâce à notre machine 5 axes. De cette façon, la productivité est optimale par l’optimisation des montages pour la fabrication.
