Located in Granby, Quebec, Machinage Gagné is a full-service machine shop known for our fast turnaround, quality service and precision workmanship. We handle a broad range of repair and production jobs, and are continuously adding state-of-the-art CNC machines to better serve our customers.

In 2010 Automated Assembly Inc. was incorporated by Tiercel Technology Corp to manage the contract assembly and is vertically integrated to assist its customers who require machined metal, cut, and/or formed in repetitive equipment manufacturing, proof of concept, design for manufacturing assistance, bill of materials validation, complete work instructions, quality assurance test plans and competitive global sourcing. Lot traceability and serialization is also available through the enterprise resource planning system thus allowing Automated Assembly Inc to maximize quality control by tracking of raw materials through their receipt, manufacture, assembly, test/inspection, inventory stocking and final distribution while maintaining quality assurance certification and the ability to track expirations and warranties. Automated Assembly Inc. can manage logistics locally or globally. Davis Machine and Fabricating Company

Davis Machine was founded in Birmingham Alabama in 1954 by Doug Davis, in a garage with only 400 square feet and one employee. We did steel mill related work for local foundries. Mr. Davis was joined by his sons Mike and Jeff Davis in their early youth.


In 1986, Davis Machine moved to Calera, Alabama into a 12,000 square foot facility and had 12 employees.


As the demand for quality work increased, it became necessary to expand and we purchased large CNC and conventional equipment, as well as 38,000 additional square feet. While we are still located at Calera, we have continued to prosper under the management of the Davis Brothers. We now have five buildings with total square footage of 50,000 and a sand/paint building. We have a crane capacity of 50 tons.


Today Davis Machine is engaged in contract manufacturing of custom engineered products requiring machining, fabrication and assembly.
