Canadian Metal Fabricators Ltd. began with a passion for craftsmanship. This passion led our founder and president Les M to start a business that provided services and products to diverse industries in need of custom metal fabrication.

Since starting CMF, Les has strived to maintain a company culture that emphasizes a high level of craftsmanship and enjoyment in work. His team consists of a tight-knit group of individuals who are meticulous and enthusiastic about doing great work.

In 2010 Automated Assembly Inc. was incorporated by Tiercel Technology Corp to manage the contract assembly and is vertically integrated to assist its customers who require machined metal, cut, and/or formed in repetitive equipment manufacturing, proof of concept, design for manufacturing assistance, bill of materials validation, complete work instructions, quality assurance test plans and competitive global sourcing. Lot traceability and serialization is also available through the enterprise resource planning system thus allowing Automated Assembly Inc to maximize quality control by tracking of raw materials through their receipt, manufacture, assembly, test/inspection, inventory stocking and final distribution while maintaining quality assurance certification and the ability to track expirations and warranties. Automated Assembly Inc. can manage logistics locally or globally. Automated Assembly Inc also offers value-added services such as welding, painting and assembled components and is experienced in medical diagnostics, patient handling systems, pharmaceutical dispensing, kiosks, powered and medical carts, robots, LED lighting, packaging equipment, solar energy and industrial equipment assembly.

Alabama Wire, LLC

Alabama Wire, Inc. is a leading independent source for cold-drawn wire. For more than 30 years, we have supplied wire and wire products to a variety of industries and customers. Located just south of Birmingham, Alabama, we operate from a modern 50,000 square foot facility. 


Straightened and cut wire is our specialty, and we offer the widest range of wire diameters and lengths available anywhere. Choice of materials is also extensive, covering the full range of low carbon bright basic, low carbon galvanized, high carbon spring wire, stainless steel, and aluminum. Many other ferrous and non-ferrous grades are available upon request. 


Coiled and re-coiled wire is available, as well. Many sizes and grades are inventoried on-site for immediate shipment. In addition, we have access to the inventories and production capabilities of most major wire drawers in the U.S. 


Our wireforming and fabricating department produces custom wireforms to your specifications. CNC wireformers allow rapid prototyping More... and provide for competitive pricing even for small and medium run quantities. A full complement of conventional machine tools is on hand to perfom a wide variety of wire forming and fabricating operations. This provides great flexibility to make your part in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner. 


 Our wireforming department also produces our Nursery Products line , which includes Container Stabilization Baskets, Container Hooks, and Metal Tree Stakes . Nurserymen throughout the country recognize the cost savings and improved plant quality which result from their use.
