Bermar offers the following services in one location: product and tool design, mold building, sampling, production, process development and quality assurance.


We specialize in innovative and economical tooling. Bermar_x0092_s patented mold system uses interchangeable core plates housed within a steel mold base. This system provides versatile, cost-effective "trial" configurations and short-run specialty shapes without the cost of building a full mold. For those interested in production molds, Bermar_x0092_s team of designers and engineers can take your product from concept to production. We welcome volumes from one to one million pieces.

DFF Corporation

In 1969, DFF began servicing our customers with low volume prototype components. Prototype orders led to production orders and eventually to fully-tested electro-mechanical assemblies.


Today, DFF has grown into a contract manufacturer specializing in medium to high volume production of precision machined components and electro-mechanical assembly products. Calogy's flagship technology Uni.T (Uniform Temperature), is a customizable, highly thermal conductive (2000 w/mk - 10 000 w/mk) plate that maintains critical systems, such as batteries, fuel cells, power electroincs, etc. in their optimal temperature range, increasing the lifetime, the performance and the safety of the system while reducing weight, complexity and cost.

Integrating Uni.T in a battery system, Calogy offers a high power 2-32kwh modular battery system to accelerate the electrification of ATV/UTVs, hydraulic auxillary systems, cargo bikes and industrial vehicles.
