PENZ is a family company dedicated to continuing the vision, perseverance, and expertise of Vladimir (Wally) Penzenik, our company's founder and the father of Richard and David Penzenik.
Richard (President of the Plastics Division) and David (President of the Steel Division) share with their late father, the vision of providing quality products that they're proud to put the PENZ name on. In 1956, beginning with a small tool and die shop, Wally understood the importance of using quality materials and experienced workers to manufacture products at competitive prices. Since then we've been committed to providing "Quality Products for Quality Customers."
As the company has grown over the years, that principle has guided us, and today PENZ is a world leader in the truck and trailer and container and chassis industry, for both OEM and aftermarket applications. We are located in the heart of the Midwest in a modern industrial park that houses our 140,000-square-feet facilities. In addition, we export to Canada, Mexico, Central America, South America and Europe. We take quality seriously and are ISO 9001:2008 certified.
