Depuis 1995, vos pièces sont le centre de notre préoccupation. Dès leur réception, toutes les pièces sont identifiées et répertoriées dans notre système informatique selon votre bon de commande. Lorsque nous avons toutes l‘information en main le traitement de surface débute. Chaque étape de nos différents services est répertoriée dans le système informatique. À la sortie de la ligne de production, le compte des pièces sur les supports ainsi que le séchage de celle-ci est fait. L’inspection de chacune des pièces est faite selon vos exigences et inscrit dans notre système. Vos pièces sont ensuite emballées et identifiées. Nous avons également une chaîne de peinture électrostatique.
Dernièrement, nous avons fait l’acquisition deux nouvelles usines de production, ce qui nous a permis d’agrandir considérablement notre superficie pour répondre à une plus grande demande.
Quéfer a également fait l’acquisition d’un (laser/poinçonneuse) et de deux plieuses CNC permettant ainsi une production plus rapide.
Ces derniers achats technologiques, s’ajoutant à notre flotte déjà existante, nous permettent ainsi d’être beaucoup plus efficaces sur les délais de livraison ainsi que la variété de pièces que nous pouvons produire.
