Lyman-Morse Fabrication

Our custom metal fabrication services include CNC, press brake forming, shearing, punching, welding and assembly. Because of the facilities we have available, we are able to take on all types of jobs, whether for a single-unit prototype or larger production runs.


At Lyman-Morse Fabrication, we combine broad-ranging capabilities with state-of-the-art facilities and some of the world's finest craftsmen and engineers to create projects of exceptional quality. Our roots as world-class boat builders means that we understand durability, beauty, functionality, and practicality. Our metal fabrication shop provides custom design, engineering and fabrication for projects of virtually any scale. We specialize in complex and difficult commercial, municipal and residential design projects regardless of job size, installation challenges, or scope of work.

 Our fully-outfitted 15,000 ft.2 fabrication shop is equipped with a myriad of equipment - benders, plate rolls, presses, shears, large and small lathes, milling machines, large band saws, a 4-axis CNC Vertical Machining Center, and a 5-ton overhead crane that enables us to move large pieces into place with ease.
