Our core business focuses on design, prototyping, production manufacturing, modification and repair of components and fixtures for many types of industries. In addition to typical materials, we regularly work with exotic materials including stainless, inconel, titanium and other composites. We have a team of certified precision welders specializing in TIG, MIG, FCAW, Induction and orbital / high purity welding.


We offer extensive on-site precision WaterJet cutting capability utilizing multiple cutting systems (both large and small format) to accommodate all types of materials and requirements. Our WaterJet division has produced products ranging from precision-cut signage to specialty oilfield tooling and aircraft components.

All tubing production starts on manual tube drawing machines, which translates into the highest-quality tubing. Cold forming is the only method of tube drawing we use, which yields the best grain structure and tightest tolerances as well as the ability to produce cold strengthened tubing.


With the ability to do metal forming in conjunction with machining, we can manufacture more complex parts than standard machine shops. We make very specialized parts for gas purification, heat exchangers, semiconductors, electronic, medical, precision optics, military and aerospace components. Long-run production jobs for hard to find shaped tubular type parts has become a mainstay for our machining department.
