Hope Industries, Inc.

Hope Industries is a custom plastic injection molding company operating from its own climate controlled facility, located in East Tennessee at the foot of the Smokey Mountains and the Cherokee National Forest. 


Originally established in 1982 to build molds and offer molding services, Hope Industries was formed in 2001 in a private buyout of property and assets. The new owners sought to provide an excellent work environment for their employees based on traditional family values, and to become reliable partners to their customers by supplying very high quality product with on-time delivery. Nine years later, during historically difficult business conditions, many of the same employees are still hard at work, most without missing a day. 


We excel in producing close-tolerance parts for Tier 1 automotive, major appliance OEM_x0092_s and various other markets, molded from a variety of engineering resins, and custom colors. Our presses are late model hydraulic and electrics, with clamp force ranging More... from 22 to 480 tons. Part quality and specific parameters are monitored by staff on 3 shifts. We also provide rotational pad printing, ultrasonic welding and assembly work for many of our customers. 


 Our tool shop provides expert construction and service of sophisticated production-grade tooling. Whether we_x0092_re molding large or small parts, long or short runs, our goal is to offer our customers the most for their money in terms of quality, service, and price.

During the past 6 decades, our staff has grown from six to a highly skilled group of 40 craftsman and engineers. Our company's growth is also evident in the expansion of our manufacturing facilities. Originally housed in a 6,000-square foot building, manufacturing now occupies more than 22,000-square feet, with an additional 7,600 square-foot area dedicated to engineering and administrative offices. 


As a major supplier of molds for housewares, appliances, business machines, food handling, industrial products, pipe fittings, electrical fittings and fluid containers, we achieve leading-edge efficiency with our state of the art CAD / CAM systems. Steadman Tool & Die, Inc. was founded in 1991 by Ross Steadman. In 1995 the business expanded into our 10,000 sq. ft. facility specially designed for our precision machining needs with specific temperature and dust controls.


Steadman Tool & Die builds precise accurate repeatable tooling to your exact design. Our manufacturing experience consists of producing micro cavity inserts, cavity block, and components for plastic molds, specializing in electric connector tooling, punch, die section and components for progressive dies, precision fixture, gages and carbide tooling.
