PMF offers concept-to-completion custom manufacturing with full engineering consultation by professionals intimately familiar with flowforming, hot spinning, deep drawing and press forming, welding, machining and EDM, heat treating, laser cutting, More... hydroforming, finishing and chemical processing, engineering consultation, research and development, turnkey manufacturing, and non-destructive testing (NDT).

Woolf Aircraft Products, Inc.

We fabricate tubes for hundreds of customers, making thousands of different assemblies in any alloy including aluminum, carbon steel, stainless, inconel and titanium. Made to order contracts range from $100 to $500,000 each with over 500 contracts in production.


Woolf Aircraft Products has specialized in tube fabrications, tube bending and weldments since 1942. We are a small business with approximately 100 employees, located in a modern 94,000 square foot facility in Romulus, Michigan. We fabricate all types of metal tubing and components used for nearly any application. 


We are very strong in the commercial market as well as military and aircraft. Our specialty in thin wall, tight radius work has gained us a reputation for bending difficult configurations. Our size range through 8" as well as the ability to do smaller production runs enables us to fulfill most requirements. A qualified supplier base ensures deliveries of raw materials and specialized services.

Ultimate Hydroforming, Inc.

Ultimate Hydroforming began in 1979 as strictly a Hydroforming source. Over the years we have grown to become a complete sheet metal forming and fabricating source. Today we maintain a diverse customer base. 


Ultimate Hydroforming is a woman owned corporation offering 5-axis laser cutting, CMM Inspection services, stamping, fabrication, welding and deep drawn products. We manufacture an assortment of brackets, heatshields, chasis parts and turbine engine details. We have extensive background working with materials ranging from AKDQ to exotics, such as Inconel and Hastalloy. Our two modern facilities contain a complete shop with the necessary personnel, tools and equipment to do the quality work in design, engineering, tooling and manufacturing. With over 55,000 square feet and room for expansion we are committed to your projects.
