O'Neal Manufacturing Services (OMS) is a supplier of fabricated steel components and welded assemblies. Our primary focus is to help original equipment manufacturers (OEM) who are seeking a partner to manufacture standard or complex parts, streamline in-house production, and produce locally at or below targeted costs.  Complex metal fabrication includes CNC angle lines, tube processing, plasma cutting, laser cutting, oxy-fuel cutting, punching, metal forming, machining, welding, Kanban management, kitting & assembly, precision leveling, laser welding, robotic welding, tube laser cutting, special profiles, metal sawing, blasting, finishing, painting and powder coating.


 By design, all OMS plant locations are in, or near, major manufacturing hubs, such as Pittsburgh, Indianapolis, Monterrey, Houston, Indianapolis, Louisville, Greensboro, and Cedar Falls, allowing single day travel to coordinate project development and/or face-to-face meetings. Each location is ISO 9001: 2015 certified and contains a base package of equipment, with knowledgeable staff to support multi-step processing of steel plate fabrication and contract metal manufacturing. Premium Plate is a carbon, alloy, HSLA and stainless plate service center that specializes in providing the highest quality prime mill certified steel plate at very competitive prices.


As a leading plate processor we are focused on providing carbon and alloy steel plate to service the tank industry, oil and gas, power generation, pressure vessel, wind energy, construction, marine, and transportation.


Using state of the art equipment operated by highly trained operators we are able to provide quality parts, on time, at a cost effective price.


Premium Plate is a "one stop shop" that has the capabilities to blast, prime, plasma cut, bevel, and roll all at one location.


Premium Plate is able to offer our REDI-PLATEâ_x0084_¢ service, the abrasive cleaning and coating of steel plate with specially formulated inorganic pre-construction primers, prior to fabrication. The preprocessed plates can then be plasma cut to size, beveled and rolled without coating removal, saving the customer the cost of major More... surface preparation after fabrication. The processing history and quality data for each plate is individually recorded and retained in our electronic data base and is then stenciled per our customers instructions before shipping.
