Nous travaillons en étroite collaboration avec nos clients et nous désirons plus que tout, construire des relations durables et humaines avec vous. 

Nous avons développé une expertise dans l’usinage d’acier résistant à l’usure tel que HY-TUF, DILLIDUR, QT100, QT400, HARDOX 400. Ces aciers sont principalement utilisés pour la fabrication de couteaux ou de dents. Souvent ces pièces sont taillées dans des plaques et la coupe laser forme des surfaces très difficiles à usiner. Notre expérience dans ces conditions demeure un atout certain.

En voulant répondre à des besoins d’approvisionnement d’un de nos clients. Nous avons développé une nouvelle gamme de produit dans le domaine de l’hydraulique. Nous fabriquons des blocs hydrauliques contenant divers types de sièges pour des cartouches SAE, SUN et Vickers. Cette nouvelle gamme de produit est possible grâce à notre machine 5 axes. De cette façon, la productivité est optimale par l’optimisation des montages pour la fabrication.

LE MOYEN LE PLUS RAPIDE ET LE PLUS PRÉCIS POUR CONVERTIR UN OBJET EN MODÈLE 3D
D'une petite pièce à un grand assemblage, la numérisation 3D peut générer très rapidement un modèle numérique précis. Lorsque des courbes ou une géométrie complexe sont présentes, les outils de mesure standard ne peuvent pas obtenir de données précises. Un scan 3D vous donnera des millions de points de référence en très peu de temps.

SCAN à CAO
Les modèles numérisés sont pratiques mais difficiles à modifier. Nous avons l'expertise pour effectuer la conversion en un modèle 3D solide. Vous avez alors accès à un fichier CAO modifiable selon vos besoins.
CAO à IMPRESSION 3D
De nombreuses fonctionnalités peuvent être ajoutées à un modèle CAO pour obtenir de meilleures chances de succès d'impression, une excellente finition de surface et un meilleur rapport résistance/poids. Nous pouvons également ajouter des textures ou des treillis pour améliorer encore plus votre conception.
TEXTURE
La finition de surface des pièces imprimées en 3D peut être considérablement améliorée en ajoutant une texture. Nous avons accès à plus de 5000 textures. Dites-nous quelle texture vous voulez et nous l'ajouterons à votre cad.
TREILLIS (Lattice)
Les treillis permettent d'atteindre un rapport résistance/poids optimal et même créer une surface rebondissante. Ils sont extrêmement bien adaptés à l'impression 3D car les possibilités de conception sont infinies.

We are fast paced CNC Machine shop with upto date CNC machines and CAD/CAM software. 
We strive to provide top quality parts on time and at a reasonable price. We are constantly looking
for ways to improve our efficiency and improve our processes. We are currently considering robot loading 
for the mills to boost our efficiency for large production runs. 

All our process are documented and have a routing process as the parts move from quoting to production and from production to inspection and from inspection to shipping. The parts have a job traveler attached to each lot of parts.
