Founded in 2000, Pegen Industries has continually grown to become a leading machining and fabrication business in Eastern Ontario. We employ over 40 dedicated and experienced professionals.

Facilities and Equipment
Pegen is well equipped to meet the diverse needs of our clients with 15,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space spread over 2 facilities. Our machining facility houses 9 CNC machining centres (3, 4 and 5- axis), 1 multi-axis turning centre, 6 CNC controlled milling machines and 2 tool room lathes allows us to tackle the most complex machining projects.
Our sheet metal fabrication facility houses a CNC punch, two large brake presses, welding cells for carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium and the supporting finishing equipment.

Pegen Industries is ISO 9001:2015 certified. Our dedicated inspection department, led by an ASQ certified quality manager, conducts quality control at all steps of the manufacturing process. Lorsque des courbes ou une géométrie complexe sont présentes, les outils de mesure standard ne peuvent pas obtenir de données précises. Les modèles numérisés sont pratiques mais difficiles à modifier. Nous avons l'expertise pour effectuer la conversion en un modèle 3D solide. Vous avez alors accès à un fichier CAO modifiable selon vos besoins.
CAO à IMPRESSION 3D
De nombreuses fonctionnalités peuvent être ajoutées à un modèle CAO pour obtenir de meilleures chances de succès d'impression, une excellente finition de surface et un meilleur rapport résistance/poids. Nous pouvons également ajouter des textures ou des treillis pour améliorer encore plus votre conception.
TEXTURE
La finition de surface des pièces imprimées en 3D peut être considérablement améliorée en ajoutant une texture. Nous avons accès à plus de 5000 textures. Dites-nous quelle texture vous voulez et nous l'ajouterons à votre cad.
TREILLIS (Lattice)
Les treillis permettent d'atteindre un rapport résistance/poids optimal et même créer une surface rebondissante. Ils sont extrêmement bien adaptés à l'impression 3D car les possibilités de conception sont infinies.
