NUMÉRISATION 3D
LE MOYEN LE PLUS RAPIDE ET LE PLUS PRÉCIS POUR CONVERTIR UN OBJET EN MODÈLE 3D
D'une petite pièce à un grand assemblage, la numérisation 3D peut générer très rapidement un modèle numérique précis. Lorsque des courbes ou une géométrie complexe sont présentes, les outils de mesure standard ne peuvent pas obtenir de données précises. Un scan 3D vous donnera des millions de points de référence en très peu de temps.

SCAN à CAO
Les modèles numérisés sont pratiques mais difficiles à modifier. Nous avons l'expertise pour effectuer la conversion en un modèle 3D solide. Vous avez alors accès à un fichier CAO modifiable selon vos besoins.
CAO à IMPRESSION 3D
De nombreuses fonctionnalités peuvent être ajoutées à un modèle CAO pour obtenir de meilleures chances de succès d'impression, une excellente finition de surface et un meilleur rapport résistance/poids. Nous pouvons également ajouter des textures ou des treillis pour améliorer encore plus votre conception.
TEXTURE
La finition de surface des pièces imprimées en 3D peut être considérablement améliorée en ajoutant une texture. Nous avons accès à plus de 5000 textures. Dites-nous quelle texture vous voulez et nous l'ajouterons à votre cad.
TREILLIS (Lattice)
Les treillis permettent d'atteindre un rapport résistance/poids optimal et même créer une surface rebondissante. Ils sont extrêmement bien adaptés à l'impression 3D car les possibilités de conception sont infinies.

Robust Gear specializes in the custom design and manufacturing of both internal and external spur gears. We are committed to manufacturing gears that meet the highest standards of quality and excellence in the industry while satisfying your specific needs and requirements.

We specialize particularly in OEM spur gear manufacturing, specifically customized to accommodate your design needs. These gears may be manufactured utilizing a variety of materials. Specifically, low carbon steels, alloy steels, stainless steel, cast iron, bronze, plastic, Delrin™, AVC™ and nylon may be used. Spur gears that are manufactured by us are tested to comply with AGMA™ standard 8-10 and your specific precision tolerances. We can provide measurements in either the North American or the Metric system. Flame Hardening, Heat treating, Induction Hardening, Carburizing, and Nitriding are optional services available upon request for increased strength and durability.

ENGINEERING CAPACITY SPECIFICATIONS OF SPUR GEARS
Number of teeth- up to a maximum of 400 teeth.
Pressure angle - all standard North American and European pressure angles plus.
Diametrical pitch - from 96DP up to 1.5DP.
Outside diameter - 0.25inches up to a maximum of 48inches.
Face width - up to a maximum of 36inches.
Tolerances - we strive to retain close tolerances on all small spur gear designs, i.e., ± .0005 inch tooth thickness.

À la sortie de la ligne de production, le compte des pièces sur les supports ainsi que le séchage de celle-ci est fait. L’inspection de chacune des pièces est faite selon vos exigences et inscrit dans notre système. Vos pièces sont ensuite emballées et identifiées. En tout temps, nous savons ou se trouve vos pièces.
