With a history dating back to 1947 and supporting some of today's most recognized manufacturers, voestalpine Roll Forming Corporation's advanced roll forming operations deliver custom shapes and complete assemblies that conform to the most demanding specifications.


In 2000, Roll Forming Corporation was acquired by globally leading technology group voestalpine AG and became part of the metal forming, tubes and sections division.


Today, voestalpine Roll Forming Corporation has seven production facilities across three states with five facilities and headquarters located in Shelby County, Kentucky and one facility each in Pennsylvania and Indiana.


Markets served include aerospace, construction and infrastructure, enclosures, material handling and fulfillment, office furniture, off-highway, ROPs and FOPs, solar and transportation.

 - Material thickness handling from .010" to .250" (.254mm to.635mm) and strip widths from .500" to 20".


 - Available in-line processes include TOX, Tog-L-Lok rotary stitch, pre-punch, post-punch, mid-punch, variable thickness, remetallizing thermal spray for weld seam protection, clinch nuts, cutting and sweeping.


 - In-line welding capabilities include laser, high-frequency induction, and low-frequency contact, induction and lines ranging from 11 to 42 passes.


 - Secondary operations including welding, cutting, bending, tube fabrication and powder coating.

Perkins Machine Company was established in 1942, has operated successfully over the years, and enjoys a respectable reputation in the aerospace fastener industry. Over the years, our product line, as well as our capabilities, has changed to fill the needs of our customers. In 1989, we moved our operations from Los Angeles to Oxnard, California. Here we occupy a much larger building, suiting our needs for organization and expansion.Our company inspection system is currently within the criteria of MIL-I-45208A, ISO 9002 compliant and approved for the production of various items.


Our products are all manufactured by Perkins Machine Co. and various quantities can usually be found in stock. We welcome quotes on these items as well as quotes for other standard MS, NAS and AN nut items. A large part of our manufacturing concerns items that are made to special prints, either from our inventory of prints or from a print supplied by our customers.
