NOTRE ENTREPRISE
Groupe Meloche fournit des composantes d’aérostructures et d’aéromoteurs aux fabricants d’équipement d’origine (FEO) et Tier-1, en adoptant une stratégie d’intégration verticale, incluant l’usinage de précision, le traitement de surface, la peinture, l’assemblage et les essais non destructifs. L’entreprise possède six sites de production, dont trois à Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, un à Bromont, un à Hemmingford et un autre à Montréal, ainsi qu’un centre d’administration et d’innovation situé à Beauharnois. With experience since 1947, Delta Vigo has 4 plants and an area of 100,000 m² to undertake - 100% in-house - all capital goods and flight component manufacturing processes in extensive capacity facilities and a state-of-the-art machinery park. 2 plants are specialized in process engineering and mechanical design, including industrial automation and robotics for the integration of production lines of highly complex production processes. The other 2 centers of excellence are dedicated to the manufacture and inspection of flight components (titanium, aluminium and special steels) and OoA composites production with our improved processes in RTM and LRI.

GTA Precision Machine  Shop with 30+ years of experience is a ISO 9001:2015 Certified company and currently in the process of AS9100.GTA deals only with certified and approved suppliers. FAI, In-process inspection reports, material certs, finishing certs and Certificate of Compliance (C of C) is provided without any extra cost. Prototypes, small to large production runs, blanket PO's are welcome.
