Chicago Machining and Tool has been providing service in precision CNC machining since 2014. We are specializing in rapid prototyping, fixture building, short run machining, low volume production and mid volume production in CNC milling and CNC turning. CMT is equipped with latest software for 3D modeling and CNC programming, well equipped Quality Control Lab with quality manual based on ISO standards.


Our equipment list consists of 4 Vertical Machining Centers, 2 CNC Lathes and variety of secondary equipment like drill presses, surface grinder and many others. We also offer heat treating and variety of finishes from tumbling, bead blasting to anodizing, zinc plating, black oxide, passivating and powder coating.

This metal additive part is an all-in-one tessellation created using direct metal laser sintering (DMLS). This latest technology utilizes a variety of metal and alloy materials to create strong and durable parts from your 3D CAD data without the need of tooling. The process disperses a very fine layer of metal powder allowing for high detail resolution and is fused together using a focused laser beam.
