Dickmann Manufacturing Company's history can be traced back to 1957 when Jerome and Alice Dickmann founded a family owned metal stamping and fabrication business in Grafton, Wisconsin. And so it began, with three employees, four punch presses, one brake press, traditional family values and a whole lot of hard work. As the business grew so did the need for a facility expansion. As a result in 1990 the company purchased the adjacent manufacturing more than doubling its manufacturing space totaling 60,000 square feet.


To this day we remain family owned with over 60 dedicated people who share our passion for servicing a diverse group of customers in the metal stamping and fabrication industry. We offer a complete range of stamping and fabricating capabilities to fit your needs. Our decades of vast technical expertise will provide you with viable solutions ranging from prototypes to long production runs.

 Trade Tech, Inc. is a family-owned and operated manufacturing company located in Hartford, WI. For over 30 years, our full-service machine shop has been delivering high-quality, precision CNC machining, large machining and fabrication to customers locally and nationwide.Founded by Duane Brzozowski in 1985, Trade Tech served the local Milwaukee tanning and printing industries with machine repair and design services. His sons, Steve and Doug, worked alongside him learning the skills of the trade. After 25 years of watching his sons grow to be experienced, talented, successful businessmen, Duane retired. Steve is now President and Doug Vice-President. The company has grown quite rapidly over recent years, adding new advanced machinery and skilled workers to its 33,000 square foot facility, with room for expansion.
