We offer premium tool and die design and manufacturing services that are used for the production of Metal Stampings dies, assemblies and production parts. KFH Metal Stamping has a fully operational tool and die shop which works from concept through prototyping to full production. KFH Metal Stamping possesses a fully-equipped, traditional machine shop offering complete tooling support with over 50 years of combined experience. KFH_x0092_s precision metal stamping service combines the experience of our toolmakers with our dedication to quality to produce components that reliably exceed the standards of our customers. Using progressive tooling and compound/secondary tooling to produce a large variety of sheet metal pieces. We are able to offer quick turnarounds on prototypes and production runs. Our material list includes galvanized, gal annealed, cold rolled steel, hot rolled steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze and copper. Presses have a range of 15 - 400 tons, maximum bed length of More... 108", and a maximum bed width of 54". We can produce parts with thicknesses ranging from .012" to .375" with close or precision tolerances.

McKees Rocks Forgings is a division within the Standard Forge Products Plant (an ARCOSA company) located in Mckees Rocks, Pennsylvania. The entire plant is staffed by over 100 employees and produces forged axles and circular forgings. The circular forgings have been produced for over 100 years under various names but have been continuously produced as Mckees Rocks Forgings since the 1980's. Our products have been utilized in many different applications throughout the world and we continue to modernize and expand our production capabilities to ensure we meet our customer's needs.
