Napoleon Machine

Napoleon Machine is a manufacturing service provider offering fabrication, machining, industrial painting, and light assembly services. We manufacture components ranging in size from 200 to 70,000 lbs. Our machines have travels up to 40' (X) by 16' (Y). We are a job shop that takes on a variety of projects and products, servicing the needs of many unique manufacturers. Through diverse relationships, we've taken away best practices that have allowed us to better hone our craft. There are many companies who use the outsourcing model, as such, we continue to make investments to ensure our level of quality meets or exceeds customer expectations.


We are a relatively young company, founded in February 2010. One year after inception, Mr. Kevin Febrey was brought on as the company's president. In 2018, Mr. Febrey became the sole owner. Kevin has a diverse background in manufacturing and is a mold maker by trade. He is a rare breed in our industry as he not only has experience as a machinist, but More... he also holds an MBA. His leadership and knowledge continue to positively impact the business. We've worked hard to earn a good reputation as a high-precision, large-part fabrication and machine shop. In addition, Napoleon Machine is actively working to improve repeatability and reproducibility.

DMS is a custom manufacturer of Precision sheet metal fabricated products, as well as, Precision machining, and Precision frame building. DMS is ISO 9001-2008 compliant. Deaton Manufacturing’s Capabilities include; Flat pattern layout, CAD Engineering, Precision shearing, CNC Precision Sheet metal punching and stamping from 22 ga up to 1/4" inch Thk, Laser cutting up to 1/2" thick, Plasma cutting, Water-jet services are also available, DMS offers Precision CNC press brake Forming up to 10' long, NC Mandrel tube bending , and Non Mandrel tube bending; on Rounds up to 3" diameter, Rectangular, and Square tubes, allowing DMS to help your company with precision frame building as well as integrated metal assemblies. DMS offers CNC + Manual Machining. GTAW certified TIG welding, GMAW Certified MIG welding,
