While most thermoforming companies buy sheet outside, NEP maintains its own in-house extrusion operation to convert raw resins to sheet for thermoforming. This vertical integration achieves optimum raw material quality and cost control.


Thermoforming unusually large components is an NEP specialty. Late-model equipment forms units up to 6 feet x 10 feet with depths up to 4 feet, ideally suited for producing cabinets of modern sophisticated design.

Ramsay Welding & Fabrication, Inc.

We are a full service metal fabrication job shop working with stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, inconel and many other alloys. Our experienced welders are highly skilled with heavy aluminum weldments. Machining, rolling and metal forming are among the many things processed through the shop on a daily basis. 


We have a Three-Step Review Process at Ramsay. The estimator reviews material and process requirements at the time of quotation. The shop foreman reviews the process and materials before production begins and throughout the fabrication / service process. A final inspection is performed on all items when the job is completed.


Our clients are serviced from the Woburn Massachusetts facility.


All work is done in-house, not on site. Because of our location in the high tech belt just north of Boston off Route 95 (128), local services for customers and freight companies are convenient.
