Lyman-Morse Fabrication

Our custom metal fabrication services include CNC, press brake forming, shearing, punching, welding and assembly. Because of the facilities we have available, we are able to take on all types of jobs, whether for a single-unit prototype or larger production runs.

Petit CNC a Div. of Petit Tool

Petit CNC is a Veteran-owned, state-of-the-art computerized numerical control (CNC) machine shop fabricating precision parts and assemblies for defense, aerospace, medical and assorted commercial applications. We mill to tight tolerances and couple the latest in CNC technology with traditional equipment for any secondary operations needed to meet even the most demanding requirements. We provide design support with our sophisticated CAD modelling software and employ the latest in optical and probe-based coordinate measurement equipment to assure our parts and assemblies are of the highest quality and to-the-print.


Housed in a 31000 sq. ft. facility in Thomaston, CT., Petit CNC evolved from a traditional tool and die shop that was established in 1963 to meet the needs of the stamping industry. And while the Petit Tool Company continues to this day to be a premier provider of innovative products for the seamless gutter industry throughout New England, Petit's machine shop (aka Petit CNC), More... has evolved to be an essential supplier of parts & assemblies for aerospace, medical device and commercial product fabricators needing small-runs, prototypes and specialty work.


 In fact, our involvement with supporting DLA contracts goes back more than 40 years, and Petit CNC continues to lead the way in providing cost-efficient solutions for wide-array of military applications. We are intimately familiar with the numerous FAR clauses, SAM and other aspects of fulfilment inherent in the DoD's procurment process. We underscore our commitment to protecting Export Controlled Information (ECI) in our committment to maintain ITAR registration and ISO 9001 certification.
