Ultimate Hydroforming began in 1979 as strictly a Hydroforming source. Over the years we have grown to become a complete sheet metal forming and fabricating source. Today we maintain a diverse customer base. 


Ultimate Hydroforming is a woman owned corporation offering 5-axis laser cutting, CMM Inspection services, stamping, fabrication, welding and deep drawn products. We manufacture an assortment of brackets, heatshields, chasis parts and turbine engine details. We have extensive background working with materials ranging from AKDQ to exotics, such as Inconel and Hastalloy. Our two modern facilities contain a complete shop with the necessary personnel, tools and equipment to do the quality work in design, engineering, tooling and manufacturing. With over 55,000 square feet and room for expansion we are committed to your projects.

Emitted Energy Corporation

Emitted Energy is a company specializing in implementing infrared technology for industrial and manufacturing applications. We offer a range of products and services that utilize infrared emitters and FLIR infrared thermal cameras to detect and analyze thermal signatures. Infrared emitters are devices that emit infrared radiation, which can be used for various purposes such as heating, drying, curing, and more. By integrating infrared emitters with FLIR thermal cameras, Emitted Energy offers our TPMS as an advanced solution that can provide clients valuable insights through the interpretation of infrared data.

Thread-Craft Inc.

Thread-Craft, Inc. is a manufacturer of mechanical linear movement actuators such as ball screw assemblies, acme or lead screws, roller screws and precision spindles. Our machining expertise also involves special tool holding devices and precision machine details. We are a full-service repair facility, capable of evaluating and repairing or remanufacturing products to OEM specifications. In addition, we offer precision machining, grinding and thread grinding services. 


Lloyd E. Johnson and Ture A. Lindholm founded Thread-Craft, Inc. in the early 1950s. Originally employing three people, Thread-Craft, Inc. occupied a total of 1,000 square feet. The initial product line consisted of threaded plug and ring gages and a thread grinding service. Thread-Craft, Inc. was relocated in 1956 to a 3,000-square-foot facility in Warren, MI . In 1958 Thread-Craft, Inc. was incorporated. 


Early in the 1960s, the majority of work consisted of worms, multiple starts, repair and new manufacture of acme screws More... and nuts thread grinding, turning and milling, and ID/OD grinding. Jobs made complete to print began to make up a large percentage of Thread-Craft's work in the mid to late 1960s. Three thousand square feet were added to the facility in 1967 in order to compensate for Thread-Craft, Inc.'s rapid growth and expanding product line.


 In the 1970s, gages were removed from the product line and the focus became machine tool oriented. Lloyd E. Johnson bought Ture A. Lindholm's shares in 1979 and became the sole owner of Thread-Craft, Inc. The following year he rented a 3,000-square-foot manufacturing plant located next to the existing facility to accommodate newly acquired turning and milling equipment. Lloyd E. Johnson retired in 1984 and was succeeded by Dennis L. Johnson as president. Thread-Craft, Inc.'s vision and commitment to quality continued.


 During the 1980s, Thread-Craft, Inc. experienced continued growth due to the ability to provide superior quality machine tool components such as machine spindles, lead screws and nuts, fixtures, and a variety of other machine tool details quickly and accurately. Ball screw assemblies were added to the product line in 1988. Special machinery and equipment was purchased to manufacture the assemblies. By 1993 it was apparent that Thread-Craft, Inc. would need an additional 3,000-square-foot rental building to assemble and package the product.


 By 1994, Thread-Craft, Inc. could no longer continue to grow in its 12,000-square-foot facility. The process of planning a new facility had begun. It was determined that the office and manufacturing space would need to double, and production machines and material handling aids such as overhead cranes would be necessary. In designing the new manufacturing space, the company emphasized employee health and comfort, including climate control and a state of the art air purification system.
