If you're looking for a complete, quality, trusted, metal fabrication and machining shop; you have come to the right place. It is always easier to keep control of costs by keeping control of the project on site. This is why we have the full complement of machines to complete your project.


Our center piece is our fiber laser cutter equipped with an eight tower automation shelf, which More... allows us the machine to run unattended for long jobs and change material types quickly. Laser cutting provides precision, flexibility, low cost and speed for our customers. We can cut up to 1" steel no problem with great results, and aluminum and stainless can comfortably be cut up to 0.375".


 Subsequently, we are outfitted with five of the most advanced press brakes on the market. Our software allows us to create extremely precise custom formed parts from concept to tooling paths and to reverse engineer and unfold 3D files. This enables us to increase accuracy and precision while reducing quote and production time. Depending on material type and thickness, we can accommodate material from .5"-12' long.


 At our roots, we have a full welding and fabrication area with some of the most advanced welding equipment available from Fronius and Miller, and two robotic welding cells for production jobs that can output parts quick and accurately. Our expertise is aluminum welding, but also have plenty of experience welding steel and stainless.


 For tube rolling and bending, we have two roll benders can perform very complicated rolls, such as ellipses and compound radii on the same piece of tubing. Our rollers can accommodate 1"-4" round and up to 6" square tubing. If mandrel bending is necessary, we have a 12' CNC bender to suite your needs.


 Another machine we employ is a 14'x7' waterjet cutting machine, used for material too thick to cut on the laser or material not compatible for cutting on the laser, such as polycarbonate, plastic, alloys, wood and even carpet.
