DTI Exact is based around precision machining and innovative manufacturing techniques. We specialize in complex, precision components, but are efficient enough to also machine simple parts at competitive prices. our capabilities include CNC turning, swiss machining, CNC milling, brazing, adhesive bonding, super hard material processing and mechanical assembly. Our broad customer base includes the aerospace, medical, automotive, OEM industries and many more. 


DTI Exact was originally designed to support in-house manufacturing of DTI_x0092_s precision diamond orifices used in the water jet cutting industry. That experience has allowed us to open up our machining services on a contract basis to customers More... looking for premium quality, high precision machining services from a customer centered company. At DTI Exact, we also pride ourselves on our exceptionally quick turnaround times, most orders can be completed within two weeks, depending on volume and material availability.
