Steel America is a large Fabrication & Machine Shop located on the Elizabeth River in scenic Norfolk, Virginia with deep water access and capacity to convey large assemblies by coastal and ocean carrier. Our parent company, Colonna Shipyard, Incorporated (C.S.I.) was founded in 1875 in Virginia where we maintain a skilled workforce of 550 people today.
