AACOA, Inc.

Established in 1972, AACOA has long maintained an industry-wide reputation for quality anodizing products and services. The pre-emptive AACOA business philosophy has always centered on customer satisfaction. We have been successfully combining expert consultation, state-of-the-art technologies and capabilities with highly effective quality control procedures. In 1991, AACOA designed and built a new $7.5 million, 117,000 sq. ft. anodizing plant in Elkhart, Indiana. Our new plant was quickly recognized as the country's premier anodizing facility. 


Now, consistent with long-term business plans and in response to expressed customer interest, AACOA has expanded operations to include aluminum extruding and fabricating. Our 120,000 square foot plant located in Niles, Michigan, is arguably the most technologically advanced extrusion and fabricating facility in the world. AACOA now operates two technically advanced extrusion presses. This plant commenced operations in the fall of 1998 and is capable More... of handling several million pounds of aluminum each month. As with the anodizing component of our operations, our extrusion and fabricating commitment is to customer satisfaction, and particularly difficult projects are welcome.

Schmidt Marking Systems

SCHMIDT has been a worldwide leader in direct part marking machines and equipment for over 100 years. We have a comprehensive range of marking systems that can be used for 2d part marking, 2d matrix, 2d barcodes and product traceability. Our lineup includes laser and stylus pin marking machines, as well as more traditional part marking equipment, including pneumatic and hydraulic roll marking; rotary roll marking; steel marking tools such as steel type and hand stamps; steel stamps and dies; embossing stamps; numbering heads; and type holders.


We also offer customized in-house design, engineering, manufacturing, and integration services for your marking application needs. Integration and custom capabilities include electrical, mechanical and software applications, and can integrate with virtually any manufacturing operation, part assembly, test cell or robotic application.


We are an ISO 9001:2000 certified manufacturer of part marking machines and engraving equipment, and also a federal More... firearms licensed manufacturer certified by the ATF (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms) allowing us to process firearms for identifying marking requirements.
