Interstate Manufacturing Associates has been providing custom, precision machined parts and welded assemblies to our commercial and industrial customers for over thirty years. We offer CNC and manual milling capacity up to 48 X 24 inches and CNC and manual lathe capacity up to thirty inch diameter. Other services we offer include CAD/CAM design and programming in addition to cutting, bending, grinding, finishing, welding and assembly. We have extensive experience in working with steels and steel alloys, aluminum, stainless steels, brass, bronze, and high temperature, wear resistant nickel and cobalt base alloys. Endicott Custom Machine

At Endicott Custom Machine we are able to perform a number of machining tasks from 2-axis engine lathe and CNC lathe operations to 2 and 3-axis CNC milling operations. We also have the ability to run mill and lathe operations in conjunction with one another to make secondary operations possible for more complicated parts. We specialize in machining aluminum and stainless steel, as well as a variety of plastics including Delrin and Teflon.


Utilizing Bob CAD and Mastercam software packages enables us to program and machine 3-dimensional tool paths for intricate and complex surfaces with the ability to import a range of part files from 3D CAD software packages including but not limited to SolidWorks. From these models we can work directly off of customers_x0092_ existing geometry to decrease both error and lead time.


Inspection is the heart and soul of quality control and inspection methodology in the manufacturing industry is a no-compromise zone. Endicott Custom Machine recently purchased and More... now uses a Faro Gage Plus manual CMM that aids in quickly checking critical dimensions to ensure our customers_x0092_ absolute satisfaction. Beyond our CMM capabilities we also have an optical comparator as well as a wide range of gage pins, micrometers, and various other pieces of inspection equipment.
