As a "spin off" from Keystone Dental, Liz Cacciola and Paul Stagliano partnered to purchase the machining assets from Keystone Dental to transition component machining from an internal Keystone department/function to an independent full-service contract manufacturer/supplier, specializing in Swiss CNC machining.
KeySpin Manufacturing was chosen as a name that speaks to our origins as a "spin off" from Keystone Dental and our focus on Swiss turning; or "spinning".
With our "roots" in machining dental components, our core competency is fabricating small parts with tight tolerances primarily made from titanium, stainless steel and high temperature/engineered plastics such as PEEK, Ultem®, and glass filled polycarbonate.
Our quality system has been assessed and approved to ISO 13485:2016.
With over 30 years experience working in regulated environments, we understand the documentation and traceability requirements of the medical device industry.
