PTI capabilities begin with product design. Their engineering department uses the latest advancements in 3D-CAD modeling and plastic moldflow simulation. Also available are the full resources of their partner, PTI Design, to create new designs or optimize existing designs for their customers. Their highly-skilled toolmakers utilize advance tooling techniques and systems to provide prototype and production tooling that meet the requirements of their customers low and high More... volume plastic injection molding needs. Specializing in complex injection molded products; PTI has become the go-to supplier for tight tolerance parts, highly-detailed tools, multi-surface large parts, and high-repeatability molding processes. Their press sizes range from 12−750 tons.


 PTI's proprietary capability, known as the P3™ Process, creates ready-for-production prototypes. This process provides speed to market, lower overall development cost with no compromise to product design or material choice.


 In their ISO Class 8 Cleanroom, they have the ability to perform injection molding, assembly, secondary operations and packaging.
