Dyze Design develops the critical components at the heart of 3D printers. The products offered by the company are mainly hotends, extruders, sensors, and other kinds of accessories that control the supply and deposition of the raw material.
The company’s mission is “to empower people to make the tools and things they need, where and when they need them.” Dyze Design meets this mission by developing products that improve the reliability and usability of 3d printers and enabling new printable materials.
In a nutshell, the company wants to become the “Intel Inside” of 3D printers : To position itself as the leading supplier of extrusion systems for all printers operating under the material extrusion’s principle sold throughout the world.

FAMET Inc., telle que connue aujourd’hui a été fondée en 2009 par Guido Pena, un machiniste d’expérience. À son bord, un total de trois personnes dont le travail a permis en 2011 de faire l’acquisition de nouveaux équipements à contrôle numérique de dernière génération.

Cet investissement lui a permis de compléter son parc de machines-outils comprenant des machines conventionnelles et tout l’équipement nécessaire à l’usinage et la soudure.
Depuis, en date de janvier 2012, FAMET Inc. a triplé son chiffre d’affaires, passant de deux employés à huit. Ses résultats financiers témoignent de sa croissance et de sa volonté à réinvestir dans ses opérations.

Established in 1993, the Centre technologique en aérospatiale (CTA) is a technological transfer centre dedicated to the application of aerospace technologies linked to the École nationale d'aérotechnique (ÉNA). The CTA's mission is to supply quality services to its customers and partners, primarily SMEs in innovation support and development, to help them increase their knowledge, productivity and competitiveness and the quality of their products and services. Its fields of expertise are the design, analysis and manufacturing of parts (metallic or composite materials), non-destructive testing, robotics, avionics and air operations. The CTA's mandates are for applied research, technical support and technological demonstration in the field of aerospace.
