A & S Fabricating Company (ASFABCO) is a producer of "custom engineered" metal products. A & S Fabricating has the ability to detail and produce shop drawings, as well as to assist customers to design parts that are both functional and economical. 


We have the capability to:


- Prepare metal surfaces


- Fit and weld pieces into assemblies


- Machine pieces and assemblies into tolerance and surface finish


- Assemble parts into semi-finished or finished equipment (including piping and electrical) 


- Shop preparation and painting. 


All this work can be accomplished within our 110,000 square foot facility located in Livermore, Kentucky (18 miles south of Owensboro, KY). Transportation to your facility or jobsite can be accomplished by truck (company), rail or barge shipments.

T & K Machine

T&K Machine is a precision machine shop that is dedicated to getting product out at a good price, on time and at the highest quality.


The owner Tony Gallien spent 20 years working for Lockheed Martin in Sunnyvale, CA machining and assembling components for projects requiring the upmost quality and precision - including important components for the Hubble Telescope and the Space Shuttle program.


In 1994 Tony founded T&K Machine were he works with a team of skilled machinists producing machined components and assemblies for a range of industries and government agencies. In 2012 T&K Machine expanded operations and moved to a new facility in Livermore, CA featuring 9500 sq ft climate-controlled shop area, assembly area, a particle-controlled clean assembly area, inspection area, and computer room.


T&K Machine has extensive experience in producing machined parts small and large, as well as EDM parts quantities large and small from standard and exotic materials, simple to complex features, and More... with a diverse range of finishing operations.
