Electro-Kut manufactures and assembles precise and complex components for the civil and military aerospace sector. The company has developed a strong expertise for machining casted and forged parts as well as exotic alloy materials used in the manufacturing of landing gear components. The company also offers design and tooling manufacturing services. The combination of machining activities (NC) and electrical discharging machining (EDM) offer the best added value for our customers.

We are a certified reseller for Dassault Systèmes SIMULIA brand offering and supporting Abaqus, Isight, Fe-Safe for fatigue analysis and Tosca for topology   optimization. We are also a certified Canadian reseller for Simufact, a   metal-forming simulation tool for processes such as hot forging, cold   forming, sheet forming and heat treatment.

We also offer a welding tool for welding process simulation. We offer FEA consulting services using Nastran, Abaqus, Patran, Isight, Fe-Safe and Tosca, and are experienced with linear and non-linear, contact, thermal, vibration,   fatigue and crash (explicit) analyses.

Solutions G00 est une entreprise qui a démarré en 2018. À l'origine la compagnie offrait seulement des services de consultation, programmation CNC et formation. Par la suite, grâce à son succès, l'entreprise a démarré un atelier d'usinage en 2021. Aujourd'hui l'usinage représente au-delà de 90% de ses opérations. Œuvrant dans tout les domaines de l'industrie, nous sommes confiant de pouvoir servir nos client avec la plus grande qualité.

Notre atelier d'usinage a de la capacité en fraisage 3-4-5 axes pour des pièces simples ou compliqué d'une grande qualité.
